Four cities have been selected to host the exhibitions: Shanghai (mid-June); Guangzhou (end of June); Tianjin (the 2008 host city of BIBF Sept. 1-4th, due to the Olympics); and Beijing (October). In addition to again managing the AJE, CNPIEC will organize a seminar or in-conference meeting with China's Society of Chemistry Congress, to be held in July 13-16, 2008 in Tianjin. We recommend publishers to sign up right away to participate in the four city AJE exhibition. This can include an optional opportunity to display your publications and also to present or give a seminar at the Society of Chemistry Congress. Exhibitor packages, optional activities, and services and prices will soon be available and disseminated.

In addition to real-life exhibitions, a virtual one is also accessible now and for the rest of the year for the audience to take a look at the AJE exhibited journals. The url is based out of CNPIEC's official website and open to the public in both Chinese and English.

Online trials for select databases will be carried out during the show. The database will be open for free access among the universities and institutes to encourage awareness, usage, and subscriptions.

Exhibit at BIBF and/or the AJE 3 City Tour titles are shown by Exhibitor as well as by Subject Category.

This is a full unit (1mX2.5m) with 4 shelves to fit 16 titles, plus your logo at the top of the unit

We can offer you rental of either a flat table or a coffee table incl. 2 chairs. Tables fit 3 different leaflets or brochures (Max. 1,000 copies each for the whole AJE Tour - please submit these alongside the titles you wish to exhibit). We will always try to use your preferred table selection but availability may vary between exhibition halls.

Prices quoted are for BIBF + the complete3 City Tour, .and the optional add-on activity of 26th CCS Congress.

All exhibitors' basic details will be printed in the AJE Catalogue (21 x 29cm, 10,000 Copies) as well as the BIBF catalogue. You also have the opportunity to place an advert in this catalogue, see our Price List for details.

Staffing your Stand

You have the opportunity to have CNPIEC provide staff for your stand for the entire duration of the BIBF and the 5 City Tour. Alternatively, or in addition to this, you can of course provide your own representative(s).

If you wish to attend the BIBF or if you require entry passes for your representative(s), you are able to book these alongside the exhibition packages offered.

The official registration deadline for this year's bookings is May 31, 2008.
