Required Items: (Mail)
- Four Copies of each Title (3 cities + the BIBF)
- Promotional Material* etc. for Exhibition Tables or Shelves
- Basic Information for each title (Form to follow with your Invoice)
* Max. 3 different types at up to 1000 copies each

Required Items: (Email or CD/DVD)
- Publisher Logo (300 dpi min. Resolution)
- Recent Image of a Cover for each Title (.jpg file, 200x275 pixels)

Materials for Translation- or other Services
- Samples of each Item (Leaflet, Brochure etc.), preferably in digital edited Format

We require all Materials arrive at Charlesworth China Office by 10th May 2012
