The China National Publications Import & Export Corporation (CNPIEC), the longest established and largest publications import & export corporation in China covering approximately 70% of the Chinese print subscription market, hosts BIBF and will again co-host this 2nd AJE with The Charlesworth Group.

Join this specialized roadshow, visiting 4 major cities including the Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF, this year held in Tianjin), to promote academic journals from the international community to scholars and librarians in Mainland China. Commencing at the Beijing International Book Fair as the Overseas Periodical Show, the Academic Journals Exhibitions will progress to Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. These cities are well known for their history, culture and education resources. In addition to again managing the AJE, CNPIEC will organize a seminar or in-conference meeting with China's Society of Chemistry Congress, to be held in July 13-16, 2008 in Tianjin.

Most of the exhibitions will be located in renowned university libraries. Spending time in each city, the show will enable publishers to introduce their academic content to an audience of prominent academics and key librarians invited with complimentary admission. Seminars will be held at the same time on journals publishing, e-journal access and electronic archiving etc.

The Academic Journals Exhibitions will give publishers the opportunity not only to have a presence at the main annual event for academic publications in China, the BIBF, the following roadshow spreads this impact around China adding further value with a program of seminars and discussion groups with scholars and librarians. Qualified staff from CNPIEC and The Charlesworth Group knowledgeable in your titles will be on hand to answer questions and represent your publications.
